We have recommendations of inspectors our clients have successfully worked with over the years. However, you are welcome to use whomever you would like.
The appraisal is ordered by your lender and guarantees the home’s value matches the agreed upon purchase price.
The final walkthrough is a very important step for any buyer and should not be overlooked. This is the time to verify repairs have been completed and nothing has been damaged or altered without your awareness and consent.
Settlement occurs at the Title company and includes going through all the final paperwork. This is also the time to call and transfer your utilities. We'll make this as painless as possible so you can get ready to celebrate your new home!
Closing happens upon funding and recording and can take until the next business day.
